How the Competitive Ranked Ladder Works
In solo typing tests, players can restart repeatedly until they hit an easy word sequence. On the RaccoonType ranked ladder, every match is server-authoritative and head-to-head.
Matchmaking queues pair you against an opponent near your rating window. Both typists receive the exact same prompt with a synchronized 3-second countdown. The first typist to cleanly submit all characters claims the victory, updating both ELO ratings immediately upon server validation.
