We share a similar minimal-typing-test core with Monkeytype, but TackTile adds a multiplayer party-race system, ranked ELO matchmaking, a deterministic 8-category Typing DNA analysis with AI-generated custom drills, code-typing practice in 14 programming languages, a daily global challenge, boss trials, and seasonal clan wars. TackTile is not built on the Monkeytype codebase.

Yes. TackTile includes 18+ themes and a sound-pack system. The themes control the visual keyboard, accent color, and background; the sound packs are independent of theme and can be mixed freely.
